The outer spherical bearing with seat is composed of radial ball bearing, sealing ring and bearing seat of cast iron or stamped steel plate of various structures.
The outer diameter surface of the bearing and the inner diameter surface of the bearing seat are spherical structures, so the bearing is self-aligning.
The design of the cage and ball inside the ball bearing is the same as that of the
Deep Groove Ball Bearings of the 62 and 63 series. Both sides of the bearing are equipped with double-layer seals composed of synthetic rubber oil seals and oil throwing rings.
Depending on the type, there are the following fixing methods for the inner ring.
(1) The inner ring is fixed on the shaft by two set screws.
(2) The inner ring is a tapered hole, and the inner ring is fixed on the shaft by the adapter sleeve.
(3) The inner ring is fixed on the shaft by the eccentric sleeve.
