Recently, the highly anticipated UC211 spherical roller bearing has completed technological iteration and production capacity optimization. With more stable performance, wider adaptability, and more efficient delivery capabilities, it is now officially available for mass production in core sectors such as agricultural machinery, conveying equipment, and building materials processing, providing crucial support for the upgrading of industrial transmission systems.

                       


As the core model of the UC200 series of light and medium-duty spherical roller bearings, the UC211 continues the classic structure while achieving multiple breakthroughs: core dimensions are precisely matched with an inner diameter of 55mm, an outer diameter of 100mm, an inner ring width of 55.6mm, and an outer ring width of 25mm. The optimized double-set screw locking structure further improves shaft diameter matching accuracy and fixing stability. Manufactured using high-purity bearing steel GCr15 through precision quenching and hard grinding, and featuring a double-sided rubber seal (2RS) design with pre-filled long-life grease, the UC211 achieves dustproof and waterproof operation, maintenance-free maintenance, a maximum speed of 1900 rpm, a basic rated dynamic load of 43550N, and a static load of 29200N, balancing high-strength loads with long service life.

"The core advantages of the UC211 lie in its 'adaptability' and 'reliability'," according to the technical director. Its outer spherical design can compensate for ±2°~±3° installation alignment errors, adapting to various mounting types such as the UCP211 vertical seat, UCF211 square flange seat, and UCFL211 diamond flange seat. It can be quickly replaced without modifying existing equipment, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Currently, this model has passed rigorous testing under multiple operating conditions, demonstrating outstanding performance in agricultural harvesters, belt conveyors, tile processing rollers, and fans, while also meeting the diverse needs of various industries such as food packaging, textile printing, and woodworking machinery.

With the accelerated transformation towards intelligent and lightweight manufacturing, the precision and adaptability of bearing products have become crucial for industry upgrades. The UC211, through standardized parameter optimization, upgraded sealing performance, and supply chain integration, achieves a balance between performance and cost, meeting the transmission needs of small-to-medium power equipment, low-to-medium speed heavy loads, and complex operating conditions such as dusty and humid environments.
